Kallaroo Residents’ AssociationOur Aims

To ensure that any further development respects the natural features and environment of Kallaroo and is in accordance with the wishes of the majority of members.
To uphold and maintain the interests and rights of the residents and ratepayers of Kallaroo and lobby Government on behalf of our community for better and increased amenity in Kallaroo
To liaise with, and have communication with, the City of Joondalup Administration and Council or any other appropriate body in all matters affecting Kallaroo, to assist in this aim of furthering the Kallaroo Residents’ Association objectives.
To interact with residents, businesses and community service groups and organisations within Kallaroo.
To act as a representative Association for the residents of Kallaroo on issues that are important to, and affect, the local community.
To communicate with residents and the Kallaroo community on topical local issues..  To protect the natural bush, parkland and environment of Kallaroo
To remain non-profit and apolitical at all times.

Suburb History

Kallaroo is named from an Aboriginal word meaning ‘road to the water’. The suburb covers 289 hectares, bounded by Mullaloo Drive and Kallaroo Place to the north, Marmion Avenue to the east, Whitford Avenue to the south and North Shore Drive and the Indian Ocean to the west.
